A monthly gathering at Manhattan's Tallgrass Tap House, featuring local and regional scientists and public discussion around their research. Each event is structured slightly different, but all include a short introduction, some type of activity, and conversations with the featured scientist.

While individual choices may seem small and inconsequential, research shows that poor decision-making can accumulate to produce big problems like substance abuse, gambling, and obesity. Kelsey Panfil is a graduate student in the Psychological Sciences Department at KSU. Working with rats, Kelsey's research focuses on every-day choices. More specifically, she is especially interested in studying impulsivity concerning ADHD and ADHD medication, as well as how hormones can affect our choices.
