Those of you that have spent any significant time with a toddler know they love to explore. Like the can’t-set-the-kid-down-for-more-than-a-second-before-they-get-into-something-they-shouldn’t kind of exploring. And quite often that something is an electrical outlet or the bathtub…you know, something fairly dangerous. It’s quite possible that toddlers have built-in magnets that draw them into these situations fueled by a curiosity to explore their surroundings.
The pups are no different. Let Matty and Fin out for a little stretch-your-leg time and they immediately attempt to dart into a large, heavily-wooded ravine.
And eating camera lenses.
Needless to say, our time was spent with a lot of chasing on our part to catch this week’s photos.
But luckily, if we set the pup pair down right at the exact same time, we were able to capture a few playful moments before they darted off on another adventure.
A visiting school group was also lucky enough to get a front-row seat to all the action.
As you can see, the pups are growing, growing, growing; getting stronger each day! And in case you were wondering, they are fairing the spring storm season really well. Similar to the rest of our animal collection, the pups have a safe, indoor building that they call home when they aren’t enjoying the outdoors or when Mother Nature strikes with stormy weather.
Until next week friends!
