Wine in the Wild - Frequently Asked Questions

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Attendees must be 21 to enter, even if you are not drinking wine. Guests must present ID at entry.

Can children or infants attend the event?
Due to alcohol being served at the event Wine in the Wild is for adults only. Babies and children will not be admitted.

What are my parking options at the event?
Parking is available in the Zoo's main lot and in the field located to the east.

What should I wear to the event?
Dress is business casual; keep in mind you'll be strolling the Zoo throughout the event.

What is the refund policy?
Wine in the Wild is held rain or shine and is a fundraiser for the Zoo. As such, refunds are not offered. Your donation supports the Zoo and its efforts to "inspire conservation of the natural world".

Can I pay with check or cash?
Yes, to pay with cash or check you must do so in person at the Zoo's ticket booth open daily from 9:30am to 5:00pm. Tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Credit card payments are only accepted through the online site.

Can I smoke at the event?
Sunset Zoo is a smoke-free park. Those choosing to smoke or vape, must do so off Zoo grounds. 

What is with the camera?
This event will have an event photographer taking photos through the day. These photos are for Sunset Zoo use only and may appear on the Sunset Zoo website, future Party for the Planet materials, social media outlets, or other future Sunset Zoo promotional material. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.
